The short version

This website is informational. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share personal information. We only learn who you are if you choose to call or email us.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. This site does not use advertising cookies, does not sell data, and does not ask you to enter personal information anywhere. When you tap a phone number or email link, your own phone or email app handles that communication — anything you send us (your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your project) is used only to respond to you and provide our services, and is never sold.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, and it is off until you choose to turn it on. Nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set unless you press “Accept analytics” on the notice at the bottom of the page. If you decline, or simply ignore it, no Google Analytics script ever runs.

Separately, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits, device types and referring sites. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other sites, so it runs whatever you choose.

When enabled it records anonymous usage — pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalisation, so it is never used for advertising or cross-site profiling. You can change your mind at any time using the Analytics preferences button at the foot of any page; declining clears the analytics cookies straight away.

Standard technical data

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Heroku/Salesforce) automatically keeps short-lived server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load. Neither is used by us to identify or profile you.

Listing details on this site are provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; buyers should verify all details, dimensions, zoning, and approvals independently.

If you've contacted us and want your information corrected or deleted, ask and we'll take care of it. Minnesota residents may have additional rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act.
