The short version

This website is informational. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share personal information. We only learn who you are if you choose to call or email us.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. This site does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies, and it does not ask you to enter personal information anywhere. When you tap a phone number or email link, your own phone or email app handles that communication — anything you send us (your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your project) is used only to respond to you and provide our services, and is never sold.

Standard technical data

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Heroku/Salesforce) automatically keeps short-lived server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load. Neither is used by us to identify or profile you.

Listing details on this site are provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; buyers should verify all details, dimensions, zoning, and approvals independently.
